Abstract Nail Art Series: Design #2- Abstract Spirals

Design #2 in my abstract nail art series is this amazing spiral pattern! No stamping, just a simple freehand design. You may decide to only do an accent nail, or get an elegant effect on all your digits. It's easy and not as time consuming as it looks.

Colors I used:
Base color is butter LONDON in HRH
Contrasting color is Sally Hansen Golden-I

For my base coat I used Sally Hansen Double Duty
Top coat: Sally Hansen Dries Instantly (It really does! Less than a minute and you're all set to go!)

Abstract Nail Art Series: Design #1 Abstract Lines

I'm starting an abstract art series!  Here is the first design, abstract lines.  This is an excellent design for beginners because it does not take a steady hand at all!  You can be as messy as you want and still get a great look.  All you need are your favorite colors of polish and a striping brush!
Be creative and enjoy!

Colors I used:
Bongo Off the Chain
Pop Art Fashion Forward
Pop Art The Painter
Kiss Nail Art Paint in White
Kiss Nail Art Paint in Black
Kiss Nail Art Paint in Silver Glitter

Love and Lace

Valentine's Day is just around the corner so I HAD to do an easy hearts and lace tutorial!

You can use any color combination you like.

The only tools you'll need are your polish, a toothpick, and a striping brush. Dotting tool is optional. A toothpick, the end of a bobby pin or small paintbrush will work just fine as well.

Wishing you a love filled Valentine's Day!

Easy Floral Nail Art

Grab your polish and a toothpick because you are going to want to try this!  This is a great way to achieve beautiful floral nails without the hassel!  You don't have to have a steady hand at all.  I'm sure people will think you took a lot of time to have such awesome looking nails!  Enjoy!

Christmas Sweater Nails!

Merry Christmas everyone!  I couldn't let this holiday come and go without doing some Christmas sweater nails!  This design is one of my favorite festive manicures.  It is very easy to do and you're sure to get a ton of compliments!

I used white acrylic paint to make application easier.  I find that it also dries a lot faster than polish.  Don't worry though, it won't hurt your nails and it gets a shine once you apply your top coat.

Festive Glitter French Manicure

Merry Christmas everyone!  I hope you're all enjoying this amazing season of giving and love.

So, here's a great manicure to get into that Christmas spirit when you can't bare to see anymore red and green!  Choose a bright fun color and add a glitter french tip!  This is also great for a New Year's celebration.  Who says that the holidays have to be expressed with red and green anyway?  I say, get creative, do what you like!

Interlocking Dots!

I've been seeing this design EVERYWHERE!  It is really fun to look at and super easy to do.
If you want a nail art design that will get people to say, "Wow!  How did you do that?!"  This is the tutorial for you.  It doesn't take long at all and you can use any color combos you choose.
